Wanting to sell your house in Los Angeles?
We’ve helped lots of homeowners from different backgrounds sell their homes. And here are some resources that can help you make the process as painless (and as profitable) as possible:
Angie’s List — When you sell your home, you’re probably going to need to repair some stuff, update some stuff, and clean some stuff. Angie’s List is a great place to find local contractors who can help you with just about anything.
Goodwill — You’re also likely going to get rid of a lot of stuff when you’re selling your home; that’s just a natural part of the process. You’ll find a lot of things that you don’t need to keep and that you’ll want to donate somewhere. Goodwill is a great place to donate all the extra stuff you don’t really need to keep.
Starving Students — Starving Students is a local moving company that can help you get to your new home. The other option is just to rent a U-Haul and to do it yourself.
Green Sur Properties — We buy property as-is for cash and we can close in as little at two weeks. So if you’re in a bind to sell quickly and you don’t want to make repairs or updates, give us a call and we’ll see what we can do — (323) 990-3922
